Shipping and Returns (B2C)
Shipping (Local)
All standard delivery orders will take approximately 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered. Slight delays are expected during festive seasons, sale periods, and other major holidays in Singapore.
Delivery charges will be waived off with a minimum spending of S$50. For purchases under S$50, a nominal fee of S$5 will be charged for standard delivery and $15 for next day delivery.
All orders comes with tracking details and you will be notified by the courier company via SMS. For failed delivery, the courier company will notify the receiver and a second attempt can be scheduled.
Restricted Zones (Local)
We recommend you to check the following locations if you are not delivering to your personal residential place as the following locations are out of reach for our courier companies. (Speedpost, NinjaVan)
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. The cost of international shipping will be calculated accordingly with our courier. Do note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees incurred by the country and the customer will bear the costs incurred, if any. As of now, there is no option during at the checkout page for international shipping, therefore, drop us an email at hello@ambiroma.com and we will get back to you promptly.
Back Orders
You will be notified via the registered email should the order that you have placed is out of stock. You may have the option of refund or wait for your order.
Loss In Transit
Ambiroma will not be held responsible for orders that have been shipped out. Should you encounter this situation, please approach the courier company assigned for your order. However, before you do so, please check the following:
– address that you have registered at checkout is correct
– Check if parcel is at your door/riser
In the event that no resolutions are met, please contact us @ hello@ambiroma.com and we will try our best to assist you.
Refunds Policy
If the merchandise you have purchased from us is incorrect (i.e different from the order you submitted) or damaged, please contact us at hello@ambiroma.com and provide us with your order details and picture of the merchandise received and we will assist you from there.
Ambiroma will not accept refunds based on personal preference(s).
