Ambiroma Nebulizer Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

All Ambiroma Aēthr diffuser devices are backed by a 6-month local warranty from the date of purchase, while the Aēthr Motion and Aēthr Sense models are covered for 12 months. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects arising under normal and intended use.

In the event of verified manufacturing defects, eligible units may be repaired or exchanged, subject to assessment. Please note that all warranty-related exchanges are provided in accordance with product condition and availability, and are not eligible for refund or return.

To qualify for warranty service, a valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty includes defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

• User interface panel malfunction
• Internal components of the nebulizer, including circuit board, pump, and battery
• Capacitive button failure

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device, the warranty will be considered void under the following conditions:

• Use of non-Ambiroma essential oil blends, resulting in oil clogging or internal residue buildup
• Negligence, improper handling, or misuse not in accordance with the user manual or technician assessment
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or self-repair attempts
• External damage caused by impact, water exposure, or mishandling

The use of any non-Ambiroma oils is strictly discouraged, as formulation consistency is essential to maintaining the performance and lifespan of the nebulization system.

Post-Warranty Service

Repairs requested after the warranty period will be assessed based on product condition. A diagnostic fee may apply, and Ambiroma reserves the right to decline repair services for units deemed beyond economical repair or safety standards.

General Terms

Ambiroma reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at its discretion without prior notice, in order to maintain product quality standards and service excellence.
